Non GMO, no gluten, and vegan gummies. Product packaging is incredibly easy to read and understand. Great taste and smell, easy to chew and swallow. Two gummies as a serving size are very easy to manage.

I typically take magnesium for the calming nighttime effects. But this has a slight energy boost, and I found this to be a good post workout supplement to help relax muscles without any tiredness
