Delicious gummies. Great orange fruit flavor. They have the perfect chew (unlike some gummies that are borderline tacky and can get stuck in your teeth). No bad aftertaste or negative side effects experienced since I began taking these daily. An excellent and delicious way to get your Vitamin B1 and calcium in.

If you're looking for B1 and calcium, these are a great option. The gummies taste delicious. A nice, fresh orange taste. They're chewy but I didn't find that they stuck to my teeth. Great find.
